Bus Reassignment Request

Requests for changes in transportation arrangements must be made by completing a Bus Reassignment Request form that can be downloaded below. To be effective on the first day of school, please complete the form by August 20, 2021. Please Note: This only needs completed if pick up and drop-offs will be different from the address we have on file. It must also be the same pick-up and drop-off all 5 days. We expect to have an outstanding school year and look forward to working with you and your child. Changes seem inevitable and flexibility will be the key to a successful school year.
