Interscholastic Athletic Opportunities Disclosure Form
Effective July 1, 2012, the Pennsylvania General Assembly passed Act 82 of 2012 which requires schools to disclose Interscholastic Athletic Opportunities Disclosure Form athletic opportunities for students in grades 7-12. A separate Disclosure Form is completed annually for the Middle School and High School. A copy of the 2016-17 forms are included. A hard copy of the report is available for public inspection at the Central office during regular business hours 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
