Whether you are in Spanish 1 or 3, you should prepare yourself for exciting times. We will work on your Spanish skills in vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, written and oral expression and culture. Please throw away all of your fears about learning to speak a foreign language. We are going to work together to have a successful and productive year.
This year, I have the privilege of also teaching Computer Science Essentials by Project Lead the Way. PLTW CSE will introduce you to coding fundamentals through the block-based programming of apps. You will continue to sharpen your computational thinking skills by transitioning into text-based programming side-by-side with blocks, and finally into text-based programming in the Python® programming language
Remember, I am here for you to learn. If you need help with anything, just ask.
I am available before school (7:30-7:40) and after school (2:50-3:25). My planning period during the school day is Period 2 (8:52-9:35).
